As the Director of Field Operations, Herbert is responsible for the overall management of all contracts, field construction and oversight of our highly qualified staff of project managers, superintendents, and project engineers. Herbert has over 20 years of experience managing notable construction projects in New York City. Through his extensive experience as a Superintendent, Herbert developed keen insight into a specific project’s logistical constraints, manpower requirements and critical path items. Herbert is the driving force behind Affinity’s ability to effectively plan and execute contracts and to ensure projects are well coordinated, properly scheduled, and within budget.
