General Contracting is the core of our business. Under this service, Affinity is hired to execute carefully prepared plans and is accountable for all phases of construction. We keep the project on schedule and on budget. While clients are kept apprised of all job-related progress, Affinity manages the details of the project scope while the client is relieved of the day-to-day oversight.
Affinity applies the latest technology to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. The BNC Subshield™, a proprietary certificate tracking and insurance verification system, is used to assess all of our subcontractors and vendors. In addition, we utilize modern construction tools, including AutoDesk, Revit, BlueBeam, as well as other technologies such as Procore Project Management, Procore Estimating and Spectrum Financials.
Quality
We prequalify our subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors and carefully assess them based on their stability and past performance to ensure every person on the job site performs up to Affinity’s standards of quality.
